Subject: Sincere Feedback on Game Experience and Bug Report

I am a dedicated player who has invested 149 hours into this season. There seems to be a universal consensus among the community that this season’s content has been far from enjoyable. To start, I was wrongfully banned for 30 days on the third day of the season for recruiting teammates in the world chat. I sent an appeal immediately, but I have yet to receive any response from you. Meanwhile, the world chat is flooded with players openly violating rules by spamming trade messages, yet these issues remain unaddressed. However, these are not my main concerns today.
I am writing to report critical bugs with the Omens system:
Omen of Revival fails to trigger correctly when players are at low life while suffering from Dot ·like bleed or poison.
When Omen of Refresh and Omen of Revival are active simultaneously, only Refresh triggers at low life, while Revival is completely ignored.
Omen of Improvement frequently does not take effect at all.
As a full-time worker with a 9-to-5 schedule, I’ve dedicated every spare moment this season—sneaking in playtime during work breaks and staying up until 1 or 2 AM on weekdays—to grind my character. I’ve poured immense passion and effort into leveling, and I’m now level 94. But today, April 20, 2025, I died 4 times due to these omen bugs, losing over 30% of my hard-earned experience.
After such repeated frustrations, I feel compelled to step away from the game. I hope these issues will be prioritized for immediate fixing, as they severely undermine the gameplay experience for dedicated players like myself.
