Attricion Spirit Skill useless and bad UI

Dear GGG,

nobody uses attricion as a support spirit skill.
30 Seconds for it to proc is simple too long and not realistic (especially endgame).

Also theres no UI or Symbol showin of how many secons or bonuses you already accumulated, pls fix this.

Presence condition on top of that make this spirit skill 100% useless.
4 Meter is noting unfortunatly so u loose everything.

60 Spirit for that?
