I am not sure if Murderous Intent + Chronomancer's Unleash actually works

The Chronomancer's Unleash is a skill that "enhances" other spells. Okay.

So you can socket Murderous Intent on it. In theory, this should make it so that whatever spell you cast while Unleash is active, it should cull, right?

But I have no idea if it is actually doing anything.

I am not even sure what'd be the appropriate way to test it.
