Bleeding Concotion bugs/ problematic interactions

-Bleeding concotion currently can not have its quality increased.
-Since concotion skills are unarmed and herald of blood requires a martial weapon you can not use herald of blood with bleeding concotion, Im not sure if this was just an oversight from the changes from the first patch. This feels really bad to no be able to use it.You also can not use wind dancer.
