Who is normal softcore meant for?

For casual point of view I despise everything about softcore.
Idea of alt+tabbing to browse internet and find item from someone who plays 10x more than you so you can buy his junk item with currency?? They might aswell put some oldschool cheatcodes to game like IDKFA from doom to get ammo. It is also sad that meta in this game is using website, because scarcity of loot during your leveling phase. So to say SSF or HC in this game from casual point of view is extremely nerve wracking because whole game balancing is around most popular game mode = Normal SC. Saddest part is that loot should be driving point of any ARPG. Instead updating stupid trade site why not invest different ways how to obtain proper loot INSIDE THE GAME. Everything in poe is made around trade website. And when balancing anything, first major factor is "what will it do to economy". This is a dead end.
