IMO The Jamanra (End of Act 2) Fight Isn't Made for Characters with Default Movement Speed

I've done this fight a lot before and after many of the changes that have impacted this fight, and in my opinion, the Jamanra, The Abomination (End of Act 2 boss fight) isn't made for characters with the default movement speed. In the first stage: - The lightning spear projectile has such a fast projectile speed, is cast so frequently, and has a decent enough AoE, that users without increased movement speed spend so much of their time avoiding that skill that they have very little time for offence.[/b] Whether they are in close range or skirting the outskirts, the default movement speed gets hit consistently without dodge roll. - And what the heck is up with the "slinky" lightning that bounces around and follows the user? What are they supposed to do about that? - In both of these situations, dodge roll doesn't help offensively. The amount of time it takes to finish the roll uses up the window for offence (when the lightning spears are being cast against us). In the second stage: - The same points apply here, but it's compounded by the following points. - The tornadoes move too fast and have too big of an AoE for a player without any increases in movement speed. - To deal with avoiding damage from the boss AND dealing with all of the environment/persistent skills, is too much for a character without increases to movement speed. Success in the battle is too dependent on RNG (where the boss' persistent skills decide to go and which skills the boss uses when). - Too much of the arena deals damage for the user not to have the ability to refill their flasks after the second stage has started. All combined, on a first playthrough (league-start), the boss fight is too dependent on RNG (which boss skills are rolled when, and where they go) for a user to be relatively successful in the End of Act 2 Jamanra fight with the default character movement speed. Edit: Oh ya! I should mention that I'm an ascended Witch in each playthrough, either as a Sorceress or a Lich. I remember with my first character this league, mostly standing toe-to-toe with Jamanra and parrying every other attack. It's not that hard if you know how to use your class abilities.

I played a bad build and attrition finally killed me after 10 minutes
I came back with lightning res rings and a non lightning attack and downed him in 2, could eat a few spires and he became a lot more manageable I don't think rng plays a huge part in that fight just the gear check is very specific They should switch the difficulty of act 2 and act 3 boss around, there's nothing after jamanra anywhere close to him |

That boss is so easy I dont even remember her. Just right clicked her to death while standing still. While wolf is really a bit hard and quite memorable.
