But what I can't agree with is this constant babbling about the 0.2 patch being the reason for it all. That's not true. I said there's no proof that 0.2 is the reason for the decline and that people who say so, including streamers, might not say it, because it's the truth, but because their loyalty is not with the game, but elsewhere.

It could also be the decline would've happened regardless of 0.2, which I think is also very likely.

It also "feels" like you might deliberately misrepresent what I said in order to keep the thread alive. Maybe you are also not being loyal to the quality of the game, but rather to accumulating views through negativity and being a polemic, which there is evidence for, as you might say.

So "Mostly Negative" on Steam isn't proof, forums and reddit being extremely negative about the patch isn't proof.

We need hard datamined evidence with 50 Stanford Data-Scientists for you to perhaps accept the fact that a majority of the people aren't enjoying this patch.

GGG will eventually make changes, the majority of the opinion on this patch is negative for now, and I'm sure that hurts sales as well.

It's not true. Just because people don't voice a positive opinion about the patch doesn't mean they're not positive about it. You mistake being loud, negative and active with being the majority or with being right.
