Clicking "Options" in the menu unpauses the game

Pressing "Esc" pauses the game, but if you click "Options" to change some settings, it unpauses the game. I don't really know if there's a legitimate reason why the game would unpause when navigating through menus, but it seems like the game should remain paused while changing graphics, interface, etc. settings.

I'm guessing this is probably just a minor oversight and maybe nobody's ever mentioned it before, but I think the game should probably remain paused until the "Options" window is closed.
