simple poll. do you enjoy trading in poe2

+1
Trading can definitely be very frustrating at times.
But for the most part, I’ve been able to get all the items I wanted.
I also sell a lot myself.

I don’t really understand why some people find the game too slow.
Sure, the campaign without good items is slow,
but in the endgame, I think it’s anything but slow.

I also somehow can’t stop playing — I tried Last Epoch,
but after about 10 hours of LE, I ended up coming back to PoE2.
GGG must have done something right.

In my view, trading in a game wherein finding things is the point is pointless and takes the fun out of it.

I do understand that one may want to have something specific like a unique in order to try a build, and that trading for said item saves time. I think that if you trade for it, that makes it hollow.

Personally I enjoy the limitation in making due with what drops, and I would actually prefer fewer drops to that end. If you get very few drops, you will end up with a more roguelike experience and end up with a more interesting outcome.

I don't feel the game is at all hard, and anything is viable up to the uber bosses. (Which are primarily only difficult because some instant kill mechanics get thrown in.)

I see you didn't try Lich with any specter other than Vaal guards. . . oh the sweet innocence of thinking things are viable. Changed to bloodmage and I 3 shot Xesht t4 with super crap less than 5d gear
oh and obviously

So is this a thing where you just don't know the difference between "some things are viable" and "all things are viable?"

Like maybe your Lich build sucked dude? They're obviously a viable Ascendancy.

If the game still tailored around trading and itemization just like PoE 1, then +1.

If the game tailored around combat and action, moving away from PoE 1 design, then -1.

My current verdict is +1 because I can take advantages of casuals and campaign enjoyers, just like PoE 1. But I do hope PoE 2 will no longer designed around itemization, trading, and randomization. I want a full-fledged action combat game that still has good itemization and customization, but never supersede the focus on designing the game for combat and actiono.
-1 its just frustrating and bad

Just want slightly higher drop rates, a more functional SSF, and more fun combat. I hate being forced to trade but I feel like this is an uncommon view so I don't expect it to be fixed.
