Design choices really conflice with each other the more you play

Trade = get power too fast well ok I guess I will do SSF. Trading is awful experience anyway.

SSF = true power progression - 70 hours into my character

barely capped res
missing 5 res
17 chaos res
1200 max mana - (huge fucking problem as i level my gems)
--can't seem to get upgrades that have more mana on them
I have a lot of mana points invested in passive tree, regen, max
level 17 nova, 4 link - 412 mana cost
I have 200ish regen when moving, a bit more with font of mana
I have to SPAM MANA flask which is a 600 per 2 seconds. If i level up my gem 1 more time or get 1 more socket which IS SUPPOSE TO ME MORE POWER, i will not be able to play my build until I get more upgrades. But replacing 1 thing means a complete rework of items and runes and everything. I have spent around 300k respecting sekema trial is awful and luck based, waste of time, I can't get the other trial to drop, 6 75 ilvl maps in with desert node drop chance for more ulti. so i can't get more ascendencion points.

I am at the point where I just have to throw an insane amount more hours into and its the game just does not respec time in its current state. I was going to spend more time putting this feedback in a more structured way but I am just over it. Defeated, ggg shill dead. I am hit inthe face every single play session with a ton of small things that really add up. I was excited to get the new "count your kills" but if you have mana numbers enables, the numbers constantly flash at you when they change which is fucking annoying so I turned it off. Then while in hideout, the fucking thing keeps jump scaring me while sorting in my inventory with loud smashes, did anyone even try to use this in a real world setting? I am done being GGG's unpaid intern testing this crap. BUT BUT BUT EARLY ACCESS no this game is so polished everywhere else and the amount of resources and time. I am going to take a break from this game as .2 was a huge step back in every way. Nothing got better but mapping but to get there, its a 40 hour grind MINIMUM EVEN WITH GEAR AND A PREVIOUS CHARACTER unless you try hard non stop run. You are gated by run speed so hard that every zone is just a long trek. I am exuding any lauanch fiasco from my feedback here, this is purely post-damage control experiences. I gave us adding feedback to my onenote because its just too many things to go over that conflict with each other.


breach---come on...this is just not meant for POE2. Its cool yes. but you get 10 seconds of killing unless your build is a meta blaster.

Every single mechanic is at odds with POE2's gameplay. Pulling in POE1 designed mechanics into POE2 was a mistake clearly since POE2 is a completely different game. I knew hindsight is 20/20 but rip of that bandaid.

I played minions, they die all the time, moved to caster, all i am doing is mashing my wasd dodging everything. It's a non stop run away fest. So much is thrown at your or "tracks" you that it becomes just exhausting. My build has to use 16 buttons to functions. Lets count them out together

Legit, my fingers need a rest mid map sometimes. I have to rearrange key binds to mouse or vise versa if 1 hand is getting to tired.I recently did a huge rework to eliminate A SINGLE SKILL SO I COULD HAVE LESS TIRED HANDS

I curse ground, frost wall, frost bolt, frost nova the bolts, dodge, frost bomb rares, spam f for frost nova on the frost bolts. - I moved cold snap to cast on freeze to help with buttons so I freeze up a slot...so 15...

obviouslly yall make the game you want to make, this is just a stoners thoughts who spent way too much money on a free video game.

All true.

If its any consolation... theres nothing to win, nothing to find... etc.

I mean who the hell thought "lets put their skills and progression behind RNG"... fucking skills and supports through heavily weighted RNG? Playing so many hours, and all my skills still 3os, except basic attack, .... lolz.

Items like the HeadHunter... ROFL! So, in POE1 it lasts one minute, and you can fucking move quick in POE1. So they decide to add it here, and give it 20 seconds... LOL! You can't wind up half your skills in that time in this game...

Yea, its a new low.

I never tried it in PoE1, but I've been using a gamepad in PoE2 and it works pretty well with the multitude of skills you have to use.

Am SSF also and am taking a break again because I found the tedium was starting to outweigh the fun.
