Cosmetics not working

I have tried for over a month now (posting in Forum and sending several emails to GGG Support, not having received a response) about cosmetics I purchased not working:

I purchased 2 cosmetics Malachai's Rare Finisher and a Portal Effect on my PS5 from the microtransaction shop. They aren't working or appearing. Is there something I should be doing to enable the effects?

I spent $40 only to have nothing to show for it. I would have purchased even more if there was some sort of solution; very frustrating.

I received 1 response in the beginning stating it would be worked on and then dead silence thereafter.
