impressively, you guys managed to create the worst item chest in the entire history of ARPG.
to start, I would like to understand, this obsession of you developers with STUN... if I have a damn charm that gives me immunity, why do the overwhelming majority of items have stuntreshold?. weapons, without a hint of pain, stun build up and other stun bla bla bla... i dont want to stun monsters, i want to kill them. again on spears, instead of adding more ele damage or physical... STUN STUN STUN ALL WAY !!!. this garbage crafting system, clearly addicted to giving mana rolls, life on kill etc etc... where are the alteration and scouring orbs to improve this garbage provided by you?. why the hell do you add omens to a system that provides nothing but mana ???. get a damn level 82 item, to craft it with mana and life on kill mana leech, YES, YOUR GAME IS ADDICTED TO GIVE SHIT ROLLS ON CRAFT ALL WAY!!!.. pathetic... this passive tree is again, clogged with stun and mana... where are the life points??. why do the passives have few points for minion damage and ZERO for life?. all full of "chance" to this or that, nothing certain all chances. I can't find a spot in this tree to use a jewel with radious... I have to sacrifice almost 2000 ES points to use a timeless jewel. the other jewel slots in the passive are inappropriate... you didnt realize how toon are vunrable??. Is this a lack of testing or just bad will???. I can't create a toon with 3k life... toons are dying with one hit if not 8k ES. why you creat ARPG to kill them with 1 hit. did you realy test that??. is all gaming for you DPS??. i have a 95 infernalist with 19 death all gaming, and a level 90 java zon with 259 deaths, for sure the solution for you is to nerf the good char, and keep the other bad any way, because it is the ez thing to do right?. This dependence of ES on evasion char!!. What is the logic of having ES if the 100% right thing is to have evasion. How do you intend to make the char more toughness. " So, Charms do not grant their effects to you permanently. They have a set number of charges, like flasks. They proc depending on their type, but once their charges are spent they do nothing for you until you recharge them. |

" Hey guy, you're the one asking for help and I'm just trying to offer some. Maybe you could spare me the condescending attitude? Like what are you doing? The charms that recharge every second are giving you 0.25 charges per second at most. Most charms require 30-40 charges before they are fully charged and ready to protect you again, so once a charm fires it's usually going to be 2-3 minutes before it's ready again. There are ways to make charms recharge faster, but it's never going to be enough to make you truly immune. |

" well... idk what attitude you talking about. idk what you playinng (char) in game, my charm charges are always full, when i lost one charge, i just keep looking, and in few seconds it is full again. So, to explain... All this stun in the item chest and in the passive tree is excessive and unnecessary. Just as it is wrong to put positivity in something that doesn't really make a difference, because of the charm. I'm not asking for help or information on the subject, the ones who need to open their minds and redo this are the devs. This is bad development. This stun stun is another affix that the game is addicted to in rolls, and I guarantee you, if it ceases to exist, no one will miss it. because you have already an item that garant immunity. with 3 slot belt and 2 stun charms with recharge per second all is done. You can't recharge a Charm in "a few seconds" with passive recharge. ![]() But if you think your Charms make you sufficiently immune to Stun then I guess just don't use gear with Stun Threshold on it dude?? |

Don't know what the hell you are talking about or to whom, if you go above 2500 life and full rez some form of mitigation, I never see a stun...I get stunned when my life is lower than the hit I get, then I get chain stunned...
They did lower the threshold needed to get stunned, made is so that you can use 3 charm slots pretty easy, so I do not really see the problem, unless you are running with 1200 life on t16 and crying about being chain stunned. I do get it it is annoying though... Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

" You are right that passive recharge is slow. But you can also recharge by killing stuff, just like flasks. And there are various boosts to make recharge more effective. Following is from another thread that lists various boosts: Belt Suffix = (5-40)% increased Charm Charges gained Double Belt Implicit = (20-30)% increased Charm Charges gained Normal Act 2 Valley of the Titans Idol = 30% increased Charm Charges gained Cruel Act 2 Valley of the Titans Idol = 30% increased Charm Charges gained Total on the passive tree = 76% increased Charm Charges gained Against bosses recharge could be sifficult, but if you are killing lots of mobs, charms can be recharged much faster than 80 seconds.
