Please change the way you get your 4th boss atlas point

Fishing for that +1 and then trying to irradiate AND get a boss spawn is awful. These overseer tablets are something else. Not 4 bosses, but UP TO 4 and 99% effect only brings it up to 7. If you roll only 1 boss then that 99% effect doesn't even do anything. So if I assume that each tablet gets buffed separately then 3 overseer tablets in 1 tower with up to 4 spawns and 99% effect can potentially only spawn 3 bosses. No bueno
