Customer Service Pre order
Has anyone else had problems still getting there pre orders fixed? I sent an email dec 11th, waited a few months sent another one jan 27th and got a response asking for more information ( which was already in the email) and heard nothing back.
Sent a final email March 23rd with all the emails to that point sent, never rude never upset just trying to find a resolution and still haven't heard anything other than the one reply.
