BUG - Corrupted Nexus and Boss in the same Map

I encoutered a bug where I used a T3 waystone to open my corrupted nexus and progress through cataclysms wake. This map had both the corrupted nexus and the boss modifier. After beating the map boss, no corrupted boss appeared. I had already cleared the room by now. Map completed appeared, I went to map and saw area was cleansed but my cataclysms wake mission had no progress.
