Remove rarity from items and instead make a system for it
like would be pretty cool if we could build like perandus shrine in our hideout where we put warious treasures (biome and boss unique for flavor with diferent sizes kinda like the sekhema relics works but bigger grid and with options to expand the slots) to boost item drops (quant,quality,sloted items,rarity mainly,jewels etc)

I think this is supposed to be the point of Atlas Passives and Juicing Waystones. Honestly, if rarity was just removed from items, the drop rates got improved to compensate, then we would be using the Atlas Passives to improve our drops and it would be just fine.

if you dont like rarity on gear, then just dont buy items with rarity on them, simple.

" it should stay. people saying it needs to go are just ignorant of its intention, and sadly, so are the devs. D3 actually attempted to replace it when they added the ability to up the difficulty of monsters to raise MF via a scale. They just removed itemization from the whole process which is counter intuitive to the game they sold. It should be on items, and it should make your character weaker for using it. It SHOULD also increase your chances of finding gear proportionally to the difficulty it adds to your runs. you have to balance time / difficulty / skill. The more skill the less time. The more difficulty, the better drops. More difficulty usually means more time - but the better items and skill you have, the lower the time <- and thats the feedback loop |
