Why upgrade your maps if every modifyer is bad

Not once in 0.2 have I used a regal and or an exalt on my maps have I gotten something good its always something that buffs the mobs in ways makes they stronger without any positive upsides other than what 8% more map drop chance and thats not even the mods that legit make you feel like your walking through mud with chains on, gives everything 300% crit and the ability to 1 shot u


so if we only get downsides whats the fucking point guys

You have to pay attention to the types of Omen. There is an Omen that when using orb of alchemy gives you 3 prefixes and 1 suffix. There is an Omen that when using a Regal will give you a prefix. And finally there is an Omen that when using Exalted also gives you a prefix.

Keep in mind that prefixes are positive mods like Increased pack size, park rare, pack magic, experience. Suffixes are negative mods like increased damage, etc.

Edit: Each waystone can have 3 sufixes and 3 prefixes, simple or compound (with more than one line)

I'm more of the opinion of "why upgrade your maps if we hardly ever get enough currency to cover the upgrade". Last league it felt like we at least got currency back to cover the juice but not now.
