Hi,

I have a problem with my ascendancy points. I have completed the test but cannot use the altar. I have already redone the test several times. As soon as I enter the anteroom, it says again on the right that I should collect the points at the altar. But I can't do that and when I run the test again, I can't use the altar or the portal.


So I can't continue to build up my character for the endgame if I don't get the points!

A new one is out of the question, as you have put in several hours of playing time.
