A delayed Auction House

I asked AI the other day why POE never applied auction house. It says it's bad for the market because there will be market manipulator who buy out stuff to sell higher price.

But there's also the fact that many good items are left there when ppl quit playing, leaving it hard for the left over players who wanna try new builds or new players hard to get good items. Especially for standard leagues. And new league eventually experience this cycle as well.

I propose two solutions:
1. Have a delayed auction house, that if an item is left for sale after 3 months without player log in, it automatically gets put into an auction house that others can buy even when the seller is offline.

2. Have a auction house stash tab, that players choose to put their items in there that can be sold offline.

You can combine the 1 and 2 somehow as well, whatever is best for new players/old player wanna try new build, without affecting market too much.

I'm staying in standard league and still trying new builds that ppl came up with 2 months ago, because I love this game and I'm not good at currency. But now even after I farmed enough currency, there's simply not enough items out there that allows me to try new builds(all offline) or their price is rediculous because there's only one seller online, and sometimes it's not even a mirror tier item. I usually price my old item to a reasonable range so that new player or ppl like me can still enjoy this game, even i'm the few ones that still sells that item. Anyways, just some thoughts from a loyal player.
