All this really does is change how often you get rare loot, and doesn't nothing about how loot is actually designed. Your still searching for a needle in a haystack.

From what i got, it seems they're rolling back the patch for now since people started reporting skill gems disappearing...

Just relaying what i heard, not sure.
But my guess is yes since i had already logged on and right before i got booted out again, i saw someone typing in global chat about his level 21 skill gem being gone.
So yeah, I'm also assuming this will take a decent amount of time to fix before they come back up.
