Bring them their pink slip and get it gone. for every good mod, there has to be the chance at a bad mod. hence accuracy + light radius mana + Light Radius % Reduced Attribute Req if they didnt have these it would be just one crap mod over another crap mod. they need a bottom of the barrel and this is it.
