Act 3 Quest-Reward Respec

Please let us redo the Venom Crypts quests in Act 3/6 in order to change our rewards. It does not make sense that we can change builds and even ascendancies now, but are stuck with the quest rewards.

For example, I deliberately chose not to take mana regeneration and chaos resistance on my Lich, because I was under the wrong impressions that mana regen would not have an effect when Soulless Form is taken and that I could take Chaos Inoculation later on. Well, turns out neither of those assumptions are true and mana regen and chaos resistance are actually my optimal choices for the rewards.

wow! It's so unbelievably dumb I can't even believe it. A player can't change a quest reward that directly affects their build, but they can change everything else in it. I am now too lich with CI and 10% chaos res. Very funny ggg.
