Tactical Gameplay Improvements

I know this is Path of Exile, or rather the successor. And Path of Exile is not really known for tactical gameplay, nor did it aim for such, at least that's how I perceived the game. But Path of Exile 2 seems to be different in that regard or tries to be different. There are many elements to the game that makes it seem like it wants to create tactical gameplay. There is for example positioning, or stunning enemies, which I don't know whether that's mainly a tactical element, or maybe rather an element that makes the game look and feel better. Still it has tactical properties. Also the weapon swap mechanic seems to be a very tactical element. I could go on, but what I want to mention is that there's also the mobs which pose threats with different tactical properties. There are for example the slow moving mobs and the fast moving mobs and it would be an excellent opportunity for this game to use this to make the player react to those differently. I already feel like that's possible, maybe not smart, but possible, through for example weapon swapping. I really think the game should build on tactical options like these and evolve already existing systems to make tactical combat more valuable, because I firmly believe that the game would be more fun if this was done right. My criticism here is that many maps feel like they are lacking this kind of diversity or rather, the mobs that are on those maps, while diverse, are maybe not diverse enough to make the player react to them differently.
