ED+Cont is too strong in first acts or mobs don't have enough Chaos res

So with the new patch I finally decided to try Witch with ED+Contagion. I've played pretty much all classes/skills in act1 and nothing felt as easy as ED+Contagion. Feels like you either forgot to add chaos resistances to the mobs in act1 or the skill is way overtuned (doing too much damage).

For most skills you need to 2hit/3hit white mobs, with ED+Cont you just cast both skills once and you kill whole pack.

Bossing with ED is even more ridiculous as you can keep dodging while it keeps doing damage (and the damage is a lot).

I'm killing bosses easily while on other classes some of them I had to sweat a bit, even if I had decent weapons.

To showcase, this is a wisped Rotten Druid boss fight. Keep in mind I got lucky with a +1 to chaos spell skills wand, but otherwise this is completely fresh character on SSF (it's my first SSF character) - so this is league start-like:

My feedback is regarding act1, I'm not sure what a skill being OP in act1 has to do anything with juiced maps (hint: it doesn't). And no it's not good, it's bad.

Yes Really. Skill being OP at low levels and skill (possibly) being weak at high levels are 2 different problems. This is feedback for leveling in acts if you have any feedback regarding endgame feel free to make a thread instead of derailing mine.

I have only tried huntress rake and it felt on par with other skills (more or less). I'm sure there are more combos which are as strong/OP as ED+Cont, it's good to bring attention on these to the devs.

I believe all basic skills should feel similar, especially in Acts1/2, that's why I made this thread regarding ED/Cont. It's currently too strong (or mobs just don't have needed chaos resistance)
