You are not wrong about the last sentence, but saying that it's just interface is the biggest understatement I saw in this month.

i actually do not see how rmter's affect you people at all. what i do see is you people always finding something to cry and complain about when things are difficult often coming to wrong conclusions

if anything at all, ggg wants the economic focus to be on mtx and not items. this would make sense...... but cryin over item price being due to rmt? just show me the logic flow.

RMT has little impact on me, I can spot the fake (bot,rmt etc) prices on the trade website and avoid them. Hint, if there’s 20 of the item you want priced at 20ex and the rest are all 100ex or a div then those 20ex people just won’t reply when you whisper them or will reply with an inflated price. I then just block the player on website, sure they are constantly making new accounts but that’s GGGs problem to solve.

Add a trade board (like poe1 on console) or an Auction House (like WoW) and ‘they’ will still find ways to do their evil work.

Every single item in PoE has a unique ID code, until GGG decide to take action on suspicious behaviour (which they could automate and then manually verify) you and I will be stuck with these bad actors forever in one form or another.

The AH is a problem more than a solution, this is not WoW.

read the following post replied by the other person. he's at least not ignorant and knows what he is doing.

For selling, I list my items based on what it will take for me to actively reply to requests. Everything i have on sale is 1d, no matter the true value.

For buying, just think "would I sell this for 2 regals? No, that's not a real listing"

seems like only 40's dont find issues issues with trade.. everyone else just cry and not bother learning.

The reason the problem is so big is because we learnt. Atleast i did. I use it properly to buy but 99% of the time I just guess and price because of the tedium of price checking on this site.

PC have other, outsourced functions they can use to help with efficiency but console have access to none of that. Console didn't even get the option to use a loot filter until half way through 0.1.

If console had the same quality of life as PC then im sure the complaints would be less.

We are not playing the same game with the same rules.

i will mention that, i lost hundreds if not mirrors in amount in poe1 to learn what to do / not do. its so painful sometimes to buy something say 100divines only to see half the value gone by the next day.

i didnt cry. you just learn what to do and not do.
