Good luck trying to refund support pack guys.

Have emailed and sent pm on forums to support within first 48h, Didn't spend single currency.

After 4 weeks of waiting, refund denied.
Now I send email back and guess need wait another 4 weeks.

Good luck to anyone trying to refund this too.
