Please find a solution for lost maps on DC

So the entire weekend me and a friend of mine have been doing rituals, because we finally got a really cool realmgate map for King of the Mist boss as one of the rewards!

So we spend all Sunday defering the map untill we could get to a tower and get the right modifiers that allowed us to get enough Tribute to buy the item.

Well today we finally got the stars to align and we had a map with enough rituals to get the tribute and we bought the map!

We were so excited for doing it- for us it was the culmination of an entire weekend of work that we did!

We open the map and start the boss encounter- my friend dies to a spell and I run around to see what else boss has to offer- then I die. Cool. We start getting to grips with the boss during our second respawn- but in the middle of the fight both of us all of a sudden crash from the game- and apparently so did our entire server.

We log back in only to find that the portals to the boss is gone and the map is no longer in our inventory.

That's hours of playtime and preperation that was just taken away from us through no fault of our own.

So we beg you, please find some way for portals to remain intact upon DCs, because none of us are gonna spend a second longer in the game if we know that our time will ultimately be wasted by server instability. That's simply too punishing when you have so little time to play already.
