Every Other Map - Game Studders - Reloads Map

I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end or not (I hope not!).. but constantly, every other map (to include pinnacle fights) The game freezes, and then reloads the area.

When the area reloads, I lose track of where I was within the map (where I had been previously on the mini map becomes greyed out as if I hadn't explored that area yet). This has gotten me killed on multiple occasions including right before I made this post, but that's not entirely the reason I am making this post. The thing that drove the nail home for me is that after the area reloaded (I had just opened a strongbox, and there were delirium mechanics happening) I paused the game, and in the pause screen I continued to take damage. That leads me to believe that my character had become out of synch with the server that I was playing on and that is the root of the problem, and why the reloads are happening to me.

With that being said, I am playing on the Japan server. I am not sure if this is a server specific issue or not, but I would really appreciate it if this issue was looked into. It has been happening to me every day since I started playing again after the season dropped.
