Path Of Exile 2 Minimizing issue

Since I downloaded POE2, I've been experiencing a minimize issue every time I double-click with the mouse specifically. It tries to minimize, and then it fullscreens again. I tried a variety of fixes, and nothing is working. I used mouse confine fullscreen borderless fullscreen. I tried DX11 Vulcan and disabled fullscreen optimizations in the property tab of the .exe file. I've updated all my drivers and updated Windows. I even have some launch options on Steam, and I've tried seem to work, and I can play the game properly without it minimizing. There are random times when it does work, and my mouse one doesn't minimize the game, but it seems completely random. Is there anything I can do to fix this. If you need my specs, I'm on an i9 13950 HX and a 4070, specifically on a notebook, and I do have a second monitor, but even without the second monitor connected, it is still minimized.
