Cant find Oswald after cruel.

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the campaign in Cruel mode and went through the portal. After that, I went back and killed Mektul, the Forgemaster, but now I can’t find Oswald cruel and i cant complete the quest in regular act 3.

I still have the quest item in my inventory, and I’m not sure what to do with it since Oswald is missing. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug, or did I miss something?

Any help would be appreciated!
