" I think they never had or completely lost that "Vision" they claim to have. Also are very proud, need to humble... going to a streamer channel is not what I talk about, what I say is get in touch with the base. They need to project they know better but just because they are insecure. A good designer knows the game is not of its own, but owned by everyone else too. That and they're in the yatch counting money, if the game stopped right here and now they'll be millionaire the whole life and up to 3 generations beyond. Nobody is gonna lose their house if the game doesn't have more players... Again we players lose, false promises that ended once the money is delivered. |

"They made a fine play selling the game in EA and then going F2P on launch. Effectively interweaving F2P and P2P. But the important thing is the game was pushed into EA half cooked and I think it's safe to say PoE2's half-cooked state was better than any other EA game in history. They sold access to a half finished game and profited massively which well help fund further development, acquired a legion of game testers (the players), and will now release the content of the game over the next couple years in big hype-generating seasons. There's still so much to this game that's unreleased and the concern GGG as displayed for QoL as well as their attention and response to the community shows they aren't just in this for money. The game is a passion project and a cash cow. It's kinda genius. |

" There's a clear disrespect of the player, and an absolute stupidity on GGG to break the game after first season making players NOT SPEND any money and rain negatives to the point everybody is gonna watch that red number and think thrice. No genius, just people who see themselves as demigods and more money they've ever seen in their life by one side, and using their power to bend players will treating them worse than cows... those lovely animals are walking freely every day and eating good stuff while we players are forced to play 2 classes and eat a boring and sloggy path through an oversized campaign and an endgame that's lacking options apart than "put map, clear map" If you know this is an early access, then everything is put aside? So what's the practical difference? If it weren't EA they wouldn't made that much money without betraying themselves as they said "is gonna be free to play" Still in the "EA" the MT are growing and there's several inconveniences that are magically solved by adding more money. So to me this seems not an EA at all. Even they said they're not gonna hide before the EA, they do. This is a clear deceive and manipulation, due they had good reputation for poe1 used that to gain our trust, just to let us down on season 2. This is solved SO EASY: Add a permanent public beta server for "next season". That beta server would be buggy, unbalanced, but you're aware. Resulting in a "current season" more polished from previous beta server. Granting the end user a high quality and a fun game while they work on next. People that will stay playing the whole season til the next, which means money. NOW THAT'S GENIUS Последняя редакция: laredson#0828. Время: 9 мая 2025 г., 03:07:03

I don't want to be locked into choosing between XP and rarity
|

" Then you don't touch it and nothing changes for you. |
![]() |
" Except it does change. You're removing item rarity from gear, which forces me to choose between XP and rarity |
![]() |
" Nope. It removes the necessity to roll rarity on gear. You could roll rarity on gear or you could disable exp gain/loss for it. Последняя редакция: Kodavor#1200. Время: 9 мая 2025 г., 15:10:22

" Every builds required level is 90 or lower. If a 2.5% exp loss is keeping you from reaching level 90 then the game isnt the issue. You should look in a mirror. |
