Wand crash

I currently have the wand

Mind Call
Withered Wand

equipped.

When I equip a different wand and reequip that Mind Call, and
open up the Skills window hover over the crossed sword & axe,
the game crashes.

I'll be using it, if find a better wand
I'll leave in tab 4 with an extra wand.
