I am so frustrated and disappointed in trial mechanic

Trials are too difficult and not fun.

I understand that the point of trials & ascendancy points mechanic, I understand that the game should be set a bit harder for longevity.

But the trials key drop rate is too low, as 84 level Lich I am not lucky enough to get low level key. I fail the trials 3 time, kill by final boss or lose all honor (I cap 75% honor resistance).

Now, I have to farm low map (but what is the point?), and no surprise no dropping key with after 2 hours.

As a causal gamer i have only 1-2 hours to play video game (my own problem). but I feel so frustrated, especially when you took near 1 hours to get to final boss and fail with NO SECOND CHANCE and NO KEYS.

Maybe I am a bad gamer or maybe this game is not design for mid age family man.

I feel no point to a play video game keep letting me frustrated
