Solution - remove crafting from the game

I have no where near 12K hours. Maybe 250? As a casual that only plays SSF and wouldn't even know if he was running a 120 exalt map, I can say that even for casuals not min/maxing everything, the game feels like crap. Slow AF, getting swarmed and taking massive damage constantly (does armor do ANYTHING? lol) for low reward.
I don't have a detailed list of whys and hows, but I can say, I have been a POE fan since before POE1 released and I don't enjoy POE2. I am forcing myself to play at this point, because there is nothing else I want to play.. I don't know how this became the vision, but I hope they rethink it and tweak the hell out of it. Something between where we are now and what POE1 offers. Need faster, more power, crafting and more rewards as a generic list of hopes. Sure, don't go full POE1 because it probably became too much over time, but running away from POE1 on almost every front isn't the answer either.

In PoE1 I probably have 5000 or so hours, but only 250 ish in PoE2.

let's say that the month has 31 days and the league lasts 3 months.
You are playing this game every day for 12h?
I would need psychiatric help to play this game more than 12 hours a day.

Path of Exile isnt kicking you out of the game if you are afk. So yes that time is possible. Some people are also playing a lot really.
