Doryani's prototype armour calculation errors?

A normal risen rattler (skeleton monster casting lightning balls as an auto attack) can one shot my current character with 6100 armour + 2400 life with no other map area effects. Although the "estimated damage reduction" showing 64% - which I assume is for normal monster attacks. This shouldn't happen.
