King of the Faridun Supporter Pack Not working

Hello GG Team,

I bought faridun pack , but its cosmetics is not working fully. Example portal or other effects are bugged. I somehow also have double lord ogham effects since i bought that too some time ago. I purchased it via ps5 store and the upgrade didnt function i guess.
