Friend list vanished PS5

When I view my friends list, it is entirely blank. As in it just displays the cement/rock textured background. I had 15-20 friends - now there are zero. I can re-add them, some of which I remembered their names and they will appear in my friends list. But unfortunately I only remembered the exact spelling of 5 people :( To confirm at the bottom by default I have selected Display Offline Friends - and also by default, I do NOT have selected 'Show PlayStation Only'. Also to confirm, I do NOT have crossplay disabled in my settings. When it randomly kicks me out of the game for "too many actions", it closes the entire PoE2 app, and then prompts me to buy a premium subscription to Playstation Plus (not even something related to PoE2). When I log back in, it might take a handful of times to load into town and then my entire friends list was gone. Hope this helps GGG find a solution. I'll check back for your continued thoughts/feedback. Since the most recent patch I've regularly had crashes on PS5 out of nowhere, and seen/heard the same from others in my lobbies. They get kicked for "too many actions" just while taking a TP and then have to reset the game 5, 6, 7 or 8 times just to get their character to load back in. |

Any help here GGG? Any update?
It took weeks since this last post to slowly remember some of my friends, adding them, and randomly finding past friends in public lobbies... well today the app crashed the exact same way as I was entering a portal back to town from a finished map "too many actions" game closed, would let me log back in, finally when I did my entire friends list was deleted again. Not to mention this game on PS5 has been crashing MORE THAN EVER, like NEVER before, almost every single time I play now since the newest patch late last week. |

this has been some time now but did it somehow resolve itself or did you find any solution (other than adding them all manually again)?
asking because i have the same issue right now. |

" it happend again today in 0.4 was playing normaly went to swapped charicters and got a psn error that somthing went wrong to then was booted to main menu logged back in and my friends list was empty again it happens once every league to me now and i have to re add everyone its quite annoying but seems like its a hard bug to fix |

While I haven't yet had my entire friend list disappear this season, I have run into this issue:
If you accidentally check "Disable Cross play" in the settings while on PS5, all of your friends except those on PS5 disappear permanently from the friends list. That may be intentional, but it seems a bit unreasonable and might be in some way related to the OP issue. |

maybe but there is currenty a bug on console side even if you dont mess with the settings for cross play at all it will somtimes error and delete your friends by no fault of your own and i hope it gets fixed iv had my list wiped 4 times and i dont go into the settings at all
it most likely is how psn is interacting with poe2 but im not sure how that would even happen first time when loading the game psn tried to force me to pay for a ps plus subscription to play poe2 closed game reloaded and let me on but friend list was deleted second time just logged on and it was wiped no errors or anything was just closed it one night and logged on the following day and was gone third time was an error that just said somthing went wrong kicked to main menu then when i logged back in friend list was gone fourth time was pretty much the same as above except this time is was a psn error message saying somthing went wrong and sent me back to main menu and when logged back in freind list was gone |
