Well, this is really the worst event reward concept i've seen in a service game.

7x mtx helmet
1x mousepad

For the whole playerbase? Seriously?

You don't need to play full time for a race that's over in about 3 hours realistically.

What is the range of "top placements"?

PoE 2 "race" event...

I'm just very sad that your closest and local playerbase can't really partake.

Sometimes I think GGG intentionally doesn't ban all those chinese goldsell bots just to have high online numbers on Steam.
Those numbers look good for Tencent, and that's what really important.
I miss old days when they cared about players and not just money :(

They just don't care. There was similar crap with TF2. Turns out most online were bots, idle farming hats and metal.

Races that are only for "streamers" and "no-lifers" are just crap. I don't even want to participate because I know I can't win anything anyway! Please create race leagues where you can get points for reaching a "goal" or just participate up to a certain point like it was in PoE1, then I'd be happy with that and would love to get involved. Anyway, thanks again for nothing GGG.
