" Buddy, its not that hard making the same character 8x across 8 leagues to barely passable level. Other people do different things and perfect them. It takes quite a bit of game knowledge to min/max ONE build in the span of a league. Some choose not to, but some others live for maxing a build before moving on. Especially in the early years, this can take far longer than a league of time of casual play. An hour a week is unnecessary hyperbole about nothing.
