Unable to log into the game using the game character

The issue happened when I was disconnected while inside the map "Dragon Depths" (Chapter 3). Since then, every time I select this character, it gets stuck at the loading screen and does not enter the game. All other characters on the same account work fine.

I have already:

1. Restarted the game and console

2. Reinstalled the game

3. Waited over 24 hours

4. Tested with other characters (they work normally)

Please help reset the character's location or fix the instance so I can play again.

I am playing on PlayStation 5, and I don't know how to manually change servers on this platform. I've checked the game settings, but I don't see any option to select a different server or region.

Since the character "Liyababa" is still stuck in the Dragon Depths loading screen and I cannot fix it myself, could you please manually reset the character's location or instance?

Other characters on the same account work normally.
