Enable boss checkpoints after completing all other content in the map

It would be great if the game would enable the boss checkpoint after you complete all other content in the map (rares, breach, ritual, etc) even if you haven't already found it before then. It is really easy to miss the boss checkpoint as you clear certain maps, like the Savanna and Steaming Springs, and really annoying to sometimes have to run around the edges of most of the map before you find it.
