I'm done with this game. This morning I almost lost a raw divine drop. I could avoid this by quickly exiting to the character selection menu when "game paused" started to appear. This evening I got disconnected during my 2nd map and lost everything again. If this is how we have to play, then I'm out. I've invested more than 500 hours and supported the developer, but this feels like another spit in my face. Goodbye!

What’s going on with the Japan servers? There are times I can’t stay online for even a few seconds before getting disconnected. And what’s with the silence from the Studio?

Confirmed, since yesterday I can't play. Ping stays 5-7 for a few seconds, maybe a minute at most, then goes into this 5-300 sinusoid and I eventually get kicked. Happens roughly 100% during zone changes, too.
Sorry guys I went back and forth with support via email for a few hours today and they are simply refusing to provide further info about this. So play when the servers are stable - use other servers that are stable when your closest one isn't (eg. Singapore for aus/NZ players).

Only other option is wait until the issue is fixed (if it ever is) or refund.

Will update this if I hear from GGG or they finally reply to one of these many posts.

That's insane, didn't they say that they are working hard to solve the issue ?
The guy who deleted my latest post on this thread said he understood my frustration and promised they were working hard on this. I replied I didn't belive this though.

I'm really scrathcing my head on this, because clearly if this does not get fixed it means that they killed poe 2 for real. It's a matter of being able to play, not fixing bugs.

If it were "too many calculations at once" it would've been perma-fucked from the beginning, and getting better with less players, not worse.


If you rent a lot of servers (as GGG did on launch) ofc you will have no problems. They said they were preparing servers for 2.000.000 players. This is why lags were bad but not too bad. But now they no longer rent that many. And - everything is bad. It would be okay for any other game, but not for POE.

As I said, D3 had same problem as POE. Always. Every f season. But D2R never had this issue. Though both games run on same blizz servers.
