I have no idea what to play if there is no new Class.

We really needed the Druid or Templar in the upcoming update... That STR+INT starting position has been empty from testing for a year now...

i really wanted to play druid, now i have no idea what to play.

Just follow what influencers play and recommend. If you have a favorite influencer, then wait what class he will use and suggest. That's what many do and have been doing all along,

I don't understand the deep desire to play a class bog standard and literally one of the big joys of playing an ARPG is the rng of loot and being inspired be a unique or lucky roll to capitalize on something outside of the box.

There's no helping some people, in their mind they've already waved the white flag.

From what Johnathan said in the Q&A, druid was close to being finished but not in time for 0.3.0. So we should take him at his word and expect druid to be in 0.4.0.

Have you played every possible skill combination with every class and Ascendancy available?

If the answere is NO, there you have your answere what to play.

POE is not like Diablo a class heavy ARPG where new classes make a big difference in build variaty.

Ofc a Druid f.e. would come with a own kit but generally you can play almost every skill with every class and have success doing so....some class/skill combination even create new playstyles that feels like playing a new class.

BEside that they've reworked some Ascendancies and they look completely different now (Chayula Monk f.e.).....here you have your "new class". ;)

If there is no druid, or at the very least another male melee class.
I will simply continue to not play this game.
Played for about a month , at launch, maybe less.
At first I just wanted to wait for druid out of patience.
Than it become stubborness, now I am just no longer interested in the game at all. Druid is a big reason but it seems that GGG keeps making blizzard style decisions throughout development of POE2

I have tons of other Loot hunter rpgs available to play

Lost all desire to play with the way they like to lure us with druid every time only to pull the rug at the last second.

it's starting to feel like it's being done on purpose just to mess with us.

we are resisting to play because we are still fighting, not because we have surrendered.

right , just like we should take ggg at their word when they promised to release druid a few weeks after release, than when they said it was gonna be released in 0.2.

than again when they said for sure it was going to be released in 0.3

but now we should definitely believe it will come in 0.4

hahahaha , no thanks. I never believed it was coming in 0.3, and I sure as hell am not gonna trust it being released in 0.4

In fact, I sure as hell will not be playing this game in 0.4 or 0.5 or 0.6, maybe after the game launches and GGG stops trolling it's own player base.

If you want to play a martial melee character what options do you have? Warrior, that's it. If you like playing casters or ranged dex classes you have options, yes. But there are no swords, no axes, no daggers, no flails. There is zero variety for players that like to play melee archtypes.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone expecting a finished game with tons of ascendancies and classes: To this date, this is still an Early Access Game.
