I just laughed when I saw it.

If I can't async trade with these tabs by the end of the weekend this game is going in the toilet until release, and if it's still not fixed by then I'm flushing the toilet. What an unbelievable bait and switch.

This is straight up bait n switch scam behavior, at the very least it's a slap in the face to everyone who paid extra for premium tabs. I reinstalled and was going to try the new league today, not now. Whatever sliver of hope I still had for this game and company is now completely gone.

Spent £120 on premium quad stash tabs solely for trading and they're now effectively useless, beyond fuming.

Just like everyone else mentioned, the only reason I got the quad premium tabs was for trading, making them useless right now and a straight-up dead investment.

Sure, dude. People had a lot of useless horseshoes lying around after cars were invented too. Do you think they went around demanding that blacksmiths refund their money? No. They hung them on walls or used them to play games in the yard and moved on with their lives because that's not how life works.

You paid for something and you got what you paid for. Period. There was no guarantee explicit or implied that you were purchasing something that would have the same value forever no matter what. Would it be nice if they allowed Quad tabs to be used in the Market? Sure - and I'm guessing they probably will eventually. But they sure as fuck don't have to. They don't owe you people anything more than what you paid for at the time.

This change have caused a lot of issues. I was very excited by the prospect of async trading so I insta converted all my tabs, only to read AFTER the fact that they would not be available in PoE 1 anymore. So I guess I'm not going to be playing any more PoE 1 until it's fixed.

And also the tabs not being available at start is just horrible. Just make them available but unmarketable until act 4 or something. This is bad.

I basically lost all my investments I made for playing PoE1 by not reading a section of text.

It should be warned WAY more that you lose access and functionality that you have payed for before converting. I wouldn't have converted a single tab had I read that section beforehand.
