I gave this league 12 h but POE2 is Just Anti-Fun

I should add

ED+Contagion in PoE1 is tier 2 build because 2 buttons and slow. But it is at least playable.

But in PoE2... Contagion targets ONE MONSTER instead of AoE.

Who even think that is good idea?

Yeah target proper monster (when others are getting in the way with 10 movement skills). Or you deal no damage, monsters do though (and they swarm you and kill you).
? Have you all played dark souls. This game is nowhere near as hard a dark souls. Maybe the first area of dark souls, but only if you character isn't geared.

Regardless sorry you aren't enjoying the game.

Now... let's split the dev team equally (or hire new devs for POE1) and get back to work on a new POE1 league every 3 months. You can keep your darksouls POE2. I'm not even mad at that compromise.

Both camps should really support one another here. Prop each other's games and one another.

I don't want to change your POE2. Keep it. Have fun with your Ruthless content. However in the same breath: I want my new leagues in POE1 and for POE2 to have zero impacts on POE1 in both development and time between leagues. (For example: not releasing any POE1 while POE2 league just started... these are 2 fully different games and should NOT be dependent on one another.)
they are fooling people that the game is EA while running it like it is a fully released seasonal game

they need to stop all this nerfing/buffing everything bs as if the game was released

instead...
focus on the core game, tweak the gameplay, add QOL, add content
get one class to where they want it to be
balance other classes to be like the one they are happy with

finish the developement and release the game.
then they can do the nerf/buff thing to make FOTM builds to make us keep playing season after season

Abysses are activated by default... Yeah so great to have many OP monsters activated by default in acts.

They even lied with 0.3 being filled with buffs to everyone, when in fact everything good got destroyed again. Like Volt Support and many other supports, many nodes in the tree etc.

Sprinting is literally a joke instead of normal movement skills from PoE1. It's unuseable and even got that "twist" when you end sprinting and stuck for 0.5 seconds or something.

I have to force myself to clear story because I want to read dialogues (and uninstall most likely unless a build that can clear properly is emerged).

POE 2 is the next step for them different combat different style, tho i agree that they shouldn't bring content from poe 1 without reworking it to fit the new comboey combat system that they want. Nobodys gonna setup 3-4 spell combos when breach and abyss monsters just run at them. The ideal vision would be each bigger pack of mobs takes 5-10 sec to kill in endgame and tier 3 bosses should take 2-3 mins to kill if you don't have mirrors worth of builds and maxed out gear.

Currently there are 2 types of players, who build their own build and go through the acts and then get stuck on endgame and they don't have currency to craft or to buy items and they leave. Or the other type that knows the game or does a meta build which oneshots everything after campaign with little to no progression and they get bored because they have no need to get stronger to do content, they should adjust these 2 ends and make them closer to the middle.
Im gonna take as stab at the ranger (shocking a meta build) after just bashing my head in against the wall on sorc. If that doesnt work out, im gonna bounce again. After 3 big patches, i dont think I can blame EA and instead blame game design I just dont find fun
One cannot help but wonder how such a lust for loot can affect a persons mind. Although these exiles appear to be our salvation, it would not take much for them to turn on us as easily as they fight gods and demons.
I had massive fun in POE1 and supported the team a lot.
Poe2 is just not fun or offers any variety of builds. Why the nerfing? Now you play the meta or you uninstall.

Try Act1 boss Count Geonor as Sorc. No arc, no spark, no nothing will do the job.
I agree w9th all the critical posts here. I want to love POE2 but its not lovable. Now I think whenever I am playing it its just Stockholm Syndrome.
The risk vs reward mentality can work, but you need to give a reward and as it is almost nothing is rewarding, you can't really craft so currency is unexciting past what you can trade it for, the gear is almost always shit to ID, Runes are a joke replacement for the crafting bench with far less utility, essences are in the same boat as runes, the lack of movement skills and the ones that you do get having downsides like being knocked down and defenceless.

even the skill gems and supports are just lesser versions of what PoE1 had to offer 14 years ago.

Well i wonder why this happened AGAIN.

I am fine, i always buy a good weapon every 15 levels and i am pretty fast. But it still feels pretty "normal" even though i deal 50-100% more damage than i would with my best selffound weapon...
