Same here. Didn't play a few weeks and didn't have the issue before.
I remember that I had to use VPN when I played POE1. Otherwise I had exactly the same laggy experience. Hope it's not the same now for POE2.. didn't try it out yet with VPN. Always had the feeling it's an german telekom (ISP) problem. Update: Tried with VPN and it was lags are gone. @GGG: There must be something that has changed lately that causes the same lag issues like in POE1. Последняя редакция: xoned1#5463. The game worked perfectly until a few days ago. Now its 15ms -> 800ms -> 15ms every few seconds.

Still get lag spikes here and there. Some days game is great, others it can last for hours when it happens, beware though when it first begins and you aren't aware of it when fighting a mob at that time! Happened today, mob froze me, I died, lost exp. of course. Put the game down and probably won't be back till next season. Don't care to play it. Fix the issues, we know and you know they're there. For a high critical agile online game, where movements and all are highly necessary and to be no lag, then to have it. That makes the game suck.

bump.
so as of the 0.4 update im getting these insane network spikes... doesn't matter if im sitting idle or actively playing. im hardwired on gigabit fiber so its not my internet and this doesn't occur in any other game (arc raiders, bf6, cs2, etc). bufferbloat test came back normal with an A rating. tried different servers, vpn, restarting my modem/router, flush dns and winsock resets... no dice. |
