146h and cant log in, I need to buy early access. How many times for fuk sake. I have it on 3 different profile on ps5 but use only one. Someone can help? I cannot evet contact with support because need to log it right? To generate stupid code

You can contact but without code it will be longer I guess, anyway I sent two emails with code and without, 4 days and no reply. Looks like this game is not for us 😂

After 200 hours playing Early Access and buying merchant tabs, now you tell me I can't log in anymore and need to buy the game twice?

GGG, are you serious? In 2025, these kinds of restrictions feel like a slap in the face to players.
Competitors, like Blizzard, have always allowed you to play on any account — if the game is purchased, it’s available to everyone on the console. That’s the industry standard, that’s the norm on PS5.

And here we’re stuck with some kind of archaic nonsense: you buy a game and — surprise — it’s “locked” in such a way that you can’t even properly play it on another account. This goes completely against the very logic of the platform and what players expect.

You’re digging your own grave here: instead of inviting friends and family into PoE2, I have to explain that even on the same console, the game behaves unlike any other. How am I supposed to tell my 10-year-old son that he’s lost his profile and characters and can’t play anymore — while dad still can?!

Just admit it’s a bug and fix it already. The game broke right after the free weekend — which, by the way, was useless for those of us who already bought the game.

And the cherry on top? You unleash this outrageous mess right at the start of a new season!

I've played the game on PC/Steam since release. Now a year later I buy the game again on PS5 so my kids can play, and it won't work because I buy the game on my parental account only. I try loading the game on their profiles and it says I need to pay for the game. Any other PS5 game you only need to pay for once, why GGG decided this I don't know. But it sucks and I'm not paying for 4 more copies so we can all play... We will have to wait till the game is F2P.

Only thing I can guess is certain people abused this and then GGG did it to stop them. We honest people lose in the end. In this situation...
