Very convenient that after the block changes the one shield that shares block with allies doesn't drop anymore.
Curiosity is followed by ambition. Ambition, is followed by madness.

Shame that they didn't decide that before league start (even they nerf that item so for sure they wanted this to be able to use), and didn't put this information in patch notes when a lot of people decided to play party.

So annoying my whole build is based off buffing my party and noe I'm sitting here capped Block rate and its goes to waste since I generally dont front line -because I do no dmg- so block rate on me alone is kinda silly.
