Sealed Vault map didn't spawn vaults

I'm in my first Sealed Vault map and like in the campaign I got soul cores to open the doors to the vaults...
Well the vaults didn't spawn but I still got 2 small soul cores. I don't think this is intended so it must be a bug. The map had a breach modifier. Maybe that's why? I had the same thing happen to me but didn't have any extra content on the map so don't think that was it.
Was really frustrated spent so much take dragging my cursor over every inch of the map in case the Altars were not obvious LOL |

Same thing happened to me. Vault didnt spawn. I also heard alot of people on global stopped running them until it's fixed. Some guy said he had 3 in a row. So I would assume this is pretty easy to replicate.

Is this a bug or not? I also just entered my 1st sealed vault map and found 2 small soul cores but nothing to do with them.

Same issue there - also wondering is it a bug or not, because it seems for me that these soul cores are just useless drop that i hope will be removed later...
