POE 2 Boss atlas skill tree

First book:

Take a T15 map and get 6 modifiers on it (i.e. use exalts until you can put any more modifiers on it).

Use map on an atlas node that has a "boss" along with "irradiated" or "corrupted" in order to get +1 levels.

Second book:

Make a T15 map like above and use a Vaal orb on it. If it doesn't turn into a T16, do it again with a new T15 map. Repeat until you get T16 map.

Use map on an atlas node that has a "boss" along with "irradiated" or "corrupted" in order to get +1 levels.

Remaining books:

Same strategy but the atlas node has to meet the special criteria -- I haven't dabbled into these books yet so I can't give any insight here.

When you read the description of how to get your boss points it says slay a map boss in area 79+ map that has at least 6 modifiers. People are saying use tablets of hegemony to add modifiers to the boss for 6. This is incorrect you need a waystone with at least 6 modifiers on it to complete. So T15 waystone with 0 revives for 79+ area and if area is irradiated or corrupted that will be 80

I am having the same issue. I guess I didnt spend points when I had them and I fought the arbiter and never got another book. So I spent my points and fought the arbiter twice in a row and didn’t get any extra points so I’m stuck… like yall… it’s sad. I have to start a new character I guess. Hopefully there is a fix coming soon.
